Highlights Online English Platform Launch in Taiwan at Cavesbooks

  • Conducted comprehensive market and competitor research, including analysis of potential competitors, target audience segmentation, pricing strategies, brand positioning, key features, and marketing approaches.
  • Developed the concept of the “Cloud Academy” and brand strategy, story to communicate core values and vision.
  • Planned and executed integrated marketing campaigns tailored for both B2C and B2B segments, covering: KOL collaborations, multi-channel digital advertising, online competitions and giveaways, nationwide in-store award ceremonies, and co-marketing with partners.
  • Results: 1,000 student cards (product vouchers) sold out within 2 days. The “Cloud Academy” concept and campaign strategy were later adopted for launch initiatives in other Asian markets.
